The project aims to establish a medium-tonnage hydrogen production facility to meet the growing needs of the regional market, including fueling rail, road, and marine transport, as well as hydrogen fuel cell-powered UAVs. The project is currently in the initialization phase.

The hydrogen production method is steam methane reforming.
Production capacity is up to 2,000 tons per year (including CO2 utilization).
Commissioning date: 2029.
